Scaffold Builder Level 2

Job Description

Turner Industries is hiring Scaffold Builder Level 2 workers for industrial plant work in the Baytown area. This position is for workers who have experience building, modifying, and dismantling scaffold systems safely in an industrial environment.

Workers should be reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working around refineries, plants, industrial units, heights, and active jobsite conditions.

Responsibilities

• Build, modify, and dismantle scaffold structures.
• Follow all jobsite safety rules and company procedures.
• Work with scaffold crews, foremen, and safety personnel.
• Inspect work areas and report unsafe conditions.
• Use proper PPE and fall protection when required.
• Be prepared for overtime depending on job schedule.

Requirements

• Previous scaffold experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in outdoor Gulf Coast weather conditions.
• Must be able to climb, lift, carry, and work at heights.
• Must follow plant safety policies.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• TWIC card preferred but not required for every jobsite.
